Once your order is completed. The processing time begins the following business day. Our processing time is between 2-4 business days (this excludes pre-orders. Pre-orders will begin to ship on or around the estimated ship date. You will also receive an email confirmation when your pre-order package as been fulfilled and shipped). Our processing time does not include weekends or holidays (we only process orders Tuesday - Friday).

Once processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking information provided by our chosen carrier.

Most orders will be shipped using USPS as our carrier. A tracking number will be sent to your email or cell phone via text.

You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order via the carrier's website or calling the carrier for an update.

Due to extended shipping time post 2020 please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the package to arrive if it has not arrived on it's scheduled date. If you have not received your package contact us via chat or the contact form

Due to being a small business or Return/Exchange Policy has a shorter time period then most major coorpations.

You can request a refund or an exchange within 7 days of the order being received (the date the order was delivered to the shipping location). Only unworn and tagged merchandise is acceptable.  Blessed State of Mind reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that does not satisfy the Return Policy.

-Item(s) missing tags

-Item(s) are soiled, stained, or contains odor such as smoke or body

-Received without order number and exchange or refund required information

If an order was received damaged during shipping and prior to your possession. Please Contact usand we will begin an investigation. If the order is validated as a damaged order a refund or exchange will be provided at no cost to the customer.
