Processing and Shipping

We thank you for your order and can not wait for you to receive it! Below you will find our processing and shipping time for your convenience.

Processing

Our processing time is between 2-4 business days (this excludes pre-orders, pre-orders will begin to ship on or around the estimated ship date, you will also receive an email confirmation when your pre-order package as been fulfilled and shipped) this does not include weekends or holidays (we only process orders Monday - Friday). Once processing is complete you will receive an email with your tracking information provided by our chosen carrier.

Shipping

Please be sure to keep track of your order by tracking your package online through the carrier's website or giving them a call.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. For your convenience we offer flat rates options when available

Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with their order. But in the event that you as our customer are not satisfied, this is our policy for returns. You can request a refund or an exchange within 7 days of the order being received. Only unworn and tagged merchandise is acceptable.  Blessed State of Mind reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that does not satisfy the Return Policy.

All apparel must NOT be returned in this condition in order to be accepted as a valid return.

-Item(s) worn or torn

-Item(s) missing tags

-Item(s) are soiled, stained, or contains odor such as smoke or body

-Item(s) received without the RA slip and Order Number

-Missing Contact information

 

You as our customer are responsible for shipping cost and tracking of the returned item.  When the package is received the customer will be notified, if the return is accepted the customer will see the return to their form of payment within 7-15 business days from the approval date of the accepted return.

 

If you would like to exchange within the 7 day period, you will not be responsible for paying for shipping to return the item for an exchange, but the merchandise must be in new condition and must meet the requirement of a return (see requirements above).  If after the first exchange you are still dissatisfied, a second exchange can not be issued, but we will allow return (please make sure to meet the above requirements for the return to be accepted). You will be responsible for shipping cost. 

 

If an order was received damaged during shipping and prior to your possession. Please Contact us and we will begin an investigation. If the order is validated as a damaged order a refund or exchange will be provided at no cost to the customer.
